We have designed a unique monitoring and notification mechanism, which will warn our admins automatically the minute anything bad happens with your server. They will then look into the nature of the problem.

Backup Space

Maintaining a full backup of everything on your server demands a substantial amount of time. You’ll need to find a 3rd–party location where you can save everything; you’ll need to set up an automatic backup system; you’ll need to routinely monitor every single thing. We have a simple and easy alternative. Our Optional Admin Services package gives you 50 gigabytes of disk space on a backup server. Plus, we will help you set up the backup process. And since the servers are part of the same network, everything works incredibly fast.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case there’s a certain service or web application that you want to install on your dedicated server, but you don’t know how to take care of it, or you come across neverending problems configuring everything yourself, our company offers you a solution. Our Optional Admin Services package includes installation and problem–solving tasks, meaning that you will have the full and undivided attention of our sysadmins for half an hour – more than enough time for them to discover the problem at hand and make things right. And you may also use this time to ask them to help you with any other server–connected problems you are experiencing.
